Appointment Reservations & Schedule
Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To guarantee the time & technician of your choice, please schedule your next appointment 2 weeks in advance.
Cancellations
A 24-hour notice is required for single service cancellations, and a 72-hour notice is required for multiple services, wedding and spa packages.
Gift Cards
Gift cards come in any monetary denomination and can be conveniently ordered by telephone with all major credit cards. Expired gift cards may require additional fees due to price increases.
Payment & Gratuities
In addition to Hair by Borga Salon & Spa Gift Cards, we also accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Debit Cards, Checks and Cash. Returned checks are subject to a minimum service fee of $25.00. Sorry, we cannot accept post-dated checks. Gratuities are not included in our pricing, but are graciously accepted. Tip envelopes are available for your convenience at the front desk.
Satisfaction Guaranteed and Refund Policy
We pride ourselves in providing the highest quality of service experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please notify the salon and spa within 1 week of your appointment. This is to ensure prompt and professional handling of any issue. No cash refunds will be issued. If for any reason hair care products are returned, the products will be exchanged for products of equal money value. There will be no exchange on products after one week of purchase.
Wedding Parties & Spa Packages
There is a 50% deposit due at the time of booking for wedding parties and spa packages for groups. We recommend consultation and practice hairstyles before weddings and proms. Corporate discounts are available for large groups - ask for details.
Spa Etiquette
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time for spa services. We cannot guarantee appointments for late arrivals nor can we extend the time period of your scheduled appointments. For the comfort and safety of clients, children may not accompany parents while experiencing spa services. Please show consideration for others by keeping cell phones turned off while enjoying spa services. We regret that we cannot be responsible for personal articles. Please leave all valuables at home.
