After being a hair dresser for 25 years+,doing coloring, cutting, styling, waxing and make-up applications, it was only natural for Janice to go one step further in serving her clientele. She wanted to give her clientele the opportunity to have permanent make-up. Now she is booking appointments here at Hair by Borga to offer our clientele the opportunity to have permanent make-up.
